Making a Payment

All cheques and payments should be made out in favour of Shelter Universe Limited. Bank transfers can be made to either of the following accounts:

Always request and retain an official receipt from Shelter Universe Limited for any payment made.

Verify Before You Pay

To protect yourself against fraud, always confirm our current official bank account details by phone with our office at +234 803 984 2288 before transferring funds — especially if you received account details by email, text message, or from anyone other than a verified Shelter Universe Limited staff member. Shelter Universe Limited is not responsible for payments made to incorrect or fraudulent accounts.

Deposits & Installments

Outright and installment payment plans may be available depending on the estate and unit type. Speak with our sales team to confirm the deposit amount, payment schedule, and terms applicable to your chosen unit before making any payment. Allocation of a specific unit is confirmed only once the applicable deposit has been received and a sales agreement has been signed.

Late or Missed Installments

Where an installment plan has been agreed, payment schedules should be followed as set out in your sales agreement. Please contact our office as early as possible if you anticipate a delay — the specific consequences of late or missed installments (including any fees) are governed by the terms of your individual sales agreement.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you wish to cancel a purchase after making a payment, contact our office in writing as soon as possible. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are governed by the specific sales agreement signed for your unit, which may provide for an administrative or processing deduction. Approved refunds are paid to the same account the original payment was made from, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
